OUR HISTORY
Welcome to Caramel Productions, a film production company founded in 2017 by a group of friends who saw a lack of representation in short films at their college. Fueled by a passion for storytelling and a desire to bring diverse voices to the forefront, the company quickly gained momentum and recognition in the film industry.
Since its inception, Caramel Productions has produced a variety of films, ranging from short documentaries to experimental and horror films, all with the common goal of shining a light on underrepresented communities and telling their stories in an authentic and compelling way. The company's work has been recognized by numerous film festivals, including the Dallas International Film Festival, North Hollywood Film Festival, Waco Indie Film Festival and more.
Despite its success, Caramel Productions remains true to its roots. The company was founded on the idea of having fun and creating something that is representative of the team's culture and past. This spirit of creativity and joy is evident in every project the company takes on, as the team works tirelessly to produce work that is not only artistically excellent but also meaningful and impactful.
